2.1. The Clinic

Medicutis Clinic is operated by Dr. Sonal Tibrewal Garg (MBBS, MD Dermatology) and Dr. Abhinav Garg, registered at A-1/19, A Block, Prashant Vihar, Sector 14, Rohini, Delhi – 110085.

All treatments are performed by or under the direct supervision of registered medical professionals.

2.2. Website Use

• Website content is for information and booking only — not a substitute for medical consultation.
• You shall not use this website for any unlawful, infringing, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• All content, design, and intellectual property belongs to Medicutis. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited and actionable under the Copyright Act 1957.
• We may modify, restrict, or terminate access to this website at any time without prior notice.

2.3. Appointments & Bookings

• Booking confirmation does not guarantee a specific treatment; all treatments are subject to clinical assessment.
• Surgical and certain complex treatments require a pre-consultation before booking.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit any booking deposit.
• No-shows without notice are treated as forfeited bookings.
• Medicutis reserves the right to reschedule appointments for clinical or operational reasons with notification.

2.4. Fees, Payments & Refunds

• All fees are communicated prior to treatment and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Payment methods: Cash, UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking.
• Prepaid packages and course bookings are non-refundable after the first session except where cancelled by Medicutis for clinical reasons.
• Fee disputes must be raised within 7 days to corporate@medicutis.com.
• Partial refunds for incomplete treatments may be assessed on clinical grounds at the clinic's sole discretion.

2.5. Informed Consent

All procedures at Medicutis require documented informed consent. Patients will be briefed regarding procedure nature, expected outcomes, alternatives, risks, and aftercare requirements.

Patients under 18 years of age require a parent or guardian to be present and co-sign consent documentation.

2.6. Treatment Outcomes

• Individual results vary; no guarantee of specific outcomes is made or implied.
• Before-and-after images represent individual patient results only.
• Session estimates are clinical assessments, not contractual commitments.
• Non-surgical aesthetic results are not permanent and require maintenance.

2.7. Limitation of Liability

• Medicutis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from website use or services.
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific treatment in question.
• Nothing herein excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven clinical negligence.
• Nothing herein limits statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

2.8. Intellectual Property

• All website content, text, images, videos, treatment descriptions, logo, and brand elements are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• ‘Medicutis’ and its associated logo are unregistered/registered trademarks [update on registration].
• Clinical photographs are joint property of Medicutis and the patient and are used only with written consent.
• Unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation of Medicutis content may result in legal proceedings.

2.9. Reviews & User Content

• Reviews and testimonials must reflect honest personal experiences.
• False, defamatory, or misleading content is prohibited.
• Medicutis does not solicit, incentivise, or fabricate reviews.
• Content posted on social media may be used by Medicutis for marketing purposes.

2.10. Advertising Standards Compliance

• All advertising complies with applicable healthcare advertising regulations and standards.
• No claims of guaranteed cures, miraculous results, or permanent outcomes are made unless clinically substantiated.
• Advertisements are not targeted based on users' health conditions or sensitive personal data.

2.11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes shall first be resolved through direct negotiation.
• Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
• Consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain preserved.
